Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not feel right once it reaches you. That’s why we offer no-questions-asked returns or exchanges, provided the request is raised within 72 Hours of delivery and the product is unused, in original condition, with all tags intact.

  

You’re eligible for a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged or defective product (free exchange)

• An item in your order is missing

• The product is significantly different from what was shown

• The size or material doesn’t match what our team personally assured you over chat or call.

• In all these above cases, we will bear all the charges whatsoever.

• You’ve simply changed your mind.

Returns:

• You can message us on Whatsapp/Email with your order number for a return request. We will get back to you latest by the next day. 

• The return shipping arrangement will be made by us in next 48 Hours.

Refunds:

• Refund will be processed in 10 days after the order is delivered back to us in right condition.

• Prepaid Order (Original payment source) : In this case, the order amount will be remitted back to your original payment source. 

• Cash On Delivery Order : If you have placed an order using cash on delivery mode and request a refund, we will contact you for your bank account details and money will be credited to your bank account.
